When purchasing the Single User License, you will have a license for one user only. The software cannot be used by two or more persons simultaneously.

When purchasing the Site License, you will have a license which allows to hand over the software to as many users as you like within your company/organisation. One Site License can be installed and used by several users within one company/organisation.

There is no difference in the software itself. The only difference is the above mentioned licensing law.
