Create a blank survey

You can start the designing process from a blank survey. Follow these steps to create a blank survey:

1. 1. Go to the Main Menu page.

2. 2. Click the Create a blank survey button, in the Survey Designer section.

3. 3. Fill in the Project name and click the OK button.

Now the Survey Designer page is displayed and you can design the questions and answers for your survey as you like.
