The Survey appearance tab has two panels containing information about how the survey looks like when it is published.
In the first panel - Appearance - there are two check boxes: Show question number and Split HTML file in pages, as well as two combo boxes regarding the font and size of the question heading. In this panel, you also fill in the title of the HTML file.
Show question number
If this check box is checked, an order number is shown in front of each question, when the survey is exported or published (or just previewed).
Split HTML file in pages
If this check box is checked, the HTML file containing the survey is split in pages.
By clicking the Move up/Move down buttons you increase/decrease the
number of questions shown on a page.
Question heading font and size
You can choose from a combo box the desired font for the question heading and from another combo box the size of the heading
HTML file title
Fill in a title for the HTML file.
In the second panel - Buttons caption - there are three editable fields:
Text on the Submission button - you can define a text for the Submission button.
Text on the Next button - you can define a text for the Next button (if you split the HTML file in pages you will have Next and Back buttons to go from one page to another).
Text on the Back button - you can define a text for the Back button.
