You can modify the database of a survey doing the following:
Insert a new record
You can insert a new record in two ways:
choose New Record from the Insert menu, or
use the quick button on the right side of the Result Management page, above the table.
Import records from mail
To import records from emails, choose Import from mail from the Insert menu. If there is a response email for the current survey, the response is inserted from the email into the database.
Note: If you cannot import responses from your mail client, save the response email as TXT file and import it.
Import records from file
To import records from files, choose Import from file from the Insert menu. Select the file from which you want to import the records. Only ANS or TXT files are accepted!
Insert interview
To insert responses from interviews, choose Interview from the Insert menu.
The interview consists of a wizard that asks you the questions from the survey for which the database is opened. After you have answered the questions, your responses are inserted into your database.
Edit record
On the right side of the Result Management page, above the answer table, there is the Edit record quick button. Click this button to edit the selected record.
Delete record
On the right side of the Result Management page, above the answer table, there is the Delete record quick button to delete records. Click this button to delete the selected record.
