First, make sure that you have filled in all the information from the DB connectivity tab in the Survey settings panel of the Survey Designer module: database type, database name (it cannot contain special characters like * " < > : | \ / .). If you choose MySQL as database type, fill in all the information concerning: IP, Port, User name and Password ( more information on this topic )
Then, to create a new database to manage the answers of your published survey, follow these steps:
Go to the Main Menu page and click Create new database from survey.
On the Project Manager page, select a survey file from which you want the database to be created, and click the OK button.
Now the database is created and you can view and modify the records as you like.
Note: The changes made to a database are saved automatically, when you close the database!
