The easiest way to add questions is to use the Add question wizard function. To use this function do the following:
Select Question/Add question wizard from the Survey menu on the Survey Designer page.
or
Click the Add button in the Question panel on the Survey Designer page and select Wizard.
Type in the heading of your question.
Select the question type.
Type in the text of the question.
Now type in the answers. Press Enter after each answer.
